Floor plans, stated areas and dimensions are approximate, may be measured to different standards, and are subject to change during construction. The developer reserves the right to vary the design, specification and materials.

Prices are quoted from the lowest available unit at the time of publication, are shown in UAE dirhams, and exclude fees, taxes and charges unless expressly stated. Prices, availability and payment plans are subject to change without notice.
